There are many questions I can ask.. but they seem too disrespectful to question about Ali when he was nothing to do with what Shias believe in.

There's a hadeeth in which Rasulullah mentioned to Ali something to the effect that Ali is like 'Eesaa Alayhis Salaam, he will be loved so much by one group that they will take him to the heights of divinity, while he will be loathed by another group. I think we can all see this clearly in the shiaa and khawarij.
