Maybe someone might explain about "Qabd" and "Bast"...

"Qabd" seems to be a state where a person worships, but appears (only appears) to get nothing from it, no feedback, no feeling, like talking to a wall. It can happen to anyone. But no doubt someone on SF can explain it better...
