Ahnaf is also fine, after Hadrat Ahnaf ibn Qays. Why combine two names?

Actually my aunt is keeping the name TIHAMI....So i felt it looks odd if its just TIHAMI...So was wondering whether we can keep a name attached with that?
Like Ahnaf Tihami or Tihami Amr?
Could you please give some suggestion?
