Are you sure about above info? As on another thread by Colonel Saheb -Saudia 1st Ramadaan on 1 August i.e 1st Taraweeh on Monday night. The Umm al Qura reflects the same and so does the moon visibility curves.

just to clarify most likely 1st ramadhan on monday 1st aug and hence 1st taraweeh would be sunday night (not monday night).
