-Valid excuses for not attending group prayer (def: f12.5)


So what I understand is, only conditions that a traveler is excused from Juma'a are:
-if the traveler begins his journey before dawn
-The traveler begins the journey after dawn with a group of people (who are not obliged to pray Juma'a) because he couldn't stay back for something harmful.

It seems that there are a lot of excuses that can be made to validly miss the Friday prayer as Ulama has put down. Not to water down the obligatory nature of the Friday prayer, just in case there some excuses that some person couldn't make it to the prayer once.

I found this link regarding missing Friday prayer by Sheikh Bin Bayyah (even though he is Maliki, I presume).
