br uncertain future,

You are a beautiful person. I wish I had listened to those lectures in order to help you, but I never had the chance. I can give you the links for those lectures if you wish.

Ok, then you are a handsome man; Allah created you in an excellent shape reflecting His beautiful majestic Names.

Did you try reading this wonderful book by Sh Hamza Yusuf called The Creed of Imam al-Tahawi?

Aqida is like 30 min of reading and engraving it into heart and brain. That's all it takes.

any idea where i can download it in pdf or any other book equal to it.
As far as I know the scan of the book hasn't leaked out yet. I guess because the price is cheap and some other translations should be available online for free. Equivalent to it would be Creed of Imam Nasafi, here is an English translation. Can you imagine 6-page-long work containing pretty much entire aqida?! That's how easy and wonderful Islam is.

Please note that when it is said Creed of Imam Tahawi, Creed of Imam Nasafi etc. it refers to the compilations by those scholars. The creed/Aqida is always the same.

Can i hear these lectures on aqida

or

are these lectures for the scholars?
I am a laymen and I benefited greatly from these lecturers. However the lecture series by Mufti Abdur rahman Ibn Yusuf Mangera are not complete and only covers up to point 65 of Imam Tahawi's aqeedah text.

and are the above lectures are as same as this one present on the central msque site i.e http://www.central-mosque.com/aqeedah/tahawi.htm
Yes both lecture series are an expansion on Imam Tahawi's statements mentioned on the Central Mosque website.

Do you happen to know whose translation it is? The reason I am asking is because I doubt the accuracy of this translation. For example "38. Nor is He contained by the six directions as all created things are." is an incorrect translation of كَسَائِرِ المُبْتَدَعاتِ. The correct translation would be as "like other creatures."

If you understand Urdu, you may find it of benefit to listen to the 5th lecture on the list from 2009 on this list:

That is the very widespread translation of IQRA' International Education Foundation (based in the USA) which has been published in book/booklet format multiple times. My copy was published in 1995.

I'd recommend Shaykh Hamza Yusuf's translation. It is affordable, and apart from the accurate translation, it contains an extremely useful critical Arabic text which was composed through the comparison of four different published editions of the text. All differences between editions are listed in the endnotes in the Arabic.

EDIT: There are other translations available online, including Shaykh Ninowy's.

I believe Shaikh Abul Hasan's lectures on Aqeeda Tahawiyyah are complete. I haven't heard the entire series, but they seemed similar in content and complexity to Mufti Abdurrahman's lectures.

Where can we obtain these lectures? On Sunnicourses.com they are out of stock.

Just like to point out that I managed to download the complete lecture series, which one of the brothers previously posted a link to. Does anyone know why Mufti Abdur rahman Ibn Yusuf Mangera only has up to point 65 on his website and not the complete lecture series?

This isn't where I originally found it, so I'm not sure if it is complete, but here it is:

(Part 1) (It starts with some unrelated poetry)

(Part 2)
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/sunnach...-salafies-pt-2

(Part 3)
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/sunnach...-salafies-pt-3

(Part 4)
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/sunnach...es-pt-4-finale

Mufti Abdurahman ibn Yusuf's series may in fact be more in-depth, though I can't say for sure.
