I take all the "once a day" supplements in the morning or at lunch with food. The ones that are "twice a day" I then repeat at dinner. I never take anything without food or at bedtime. With food means more than a piece of toast too. It is best to take these with meals because otherwise they can make you nauseous, especially at first. Jan, one of our original Pioneer members, for those of you that don't know her, is a nurse and she suggested I do this when they were making me downright sick at first. She was right and I continue to do it that way and have had no problems. I sleep like a brick.
