Here are a couple of meal ideas for stem cell diets
Breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal is a whole grain product Try a bowl of quaker oatmeal Sprinkle some cinnamon on top If needed a packet of splenda (optional) Add a small amount of vanilla flavored soy milk Add a 1/2 cup of blueberries This nutritious and easy to fix breakfast contains 3 items recommended for the stem cell diet. Lunch Idea Minestrone soup Tuna salad on seven grain or rye bread with lettuce and tomato - use mayo to taste. One cup of honeydew melon - or save for a snack This lunch includes at least 3 items recommended for the stem cell diet Between breakfast and lunch you have already managed to include 6 items. |
