IF you don't have a book to follow, any one of the Atkins books would be good to get and follow, or do reseach on Low Carb ways of eating on line and decide which way is what you need.
Like Allie said, No grains, no fruit no white vegetables for the start and add fat! Butter, olive oil and coconut oil where you can. EGGS are wonderful things now. Welcome.... |
