We think we are eating right, low carbs and yet we are not losing? Why? Jimmy Moore is running an experiment on himself because, even though he was eating low carb, he was stalled or even gaining weight. He found he needed lower carbs and protein, and higher fat. I may try to find a meter and strips just to check. It looks like they are expensive, tho. I will let you know what I find out.
