Well I normally carry around about 3-4 oz of cheese, and some sort of meat with me to snack on? I eat about every 2-3 hours even if I am not hungry. I am still having panic/anxiety so even though I am in day 9 of ketosis, I think I may need a few more carbs. I am not on the diet for weight loss anyway. I am pleased that my depression and lethargy are gone! But I have traded that for anxiety and an overabundance of energy. My concentration and focus are kaput too, example: I turned on my left hand turn signal to go right and my dislexia has increased so I think maybe my carbs might just be a little to low.
Thank you for checking up! I have been through alot personally in the last few months including getting off the pill after 20 years so I am going through alot of changes. |
