At this point, if you've been following Atkins you should be in Phase 3, Pre-Maintenance. You've totally skipped Phase 2 if you're still in P1/Induction. At this point you should have been slowing adding carbs back in... gently and slowing increasing until you reached the point where you stopped losing. Then you would have backed off by 5 grams to restart weight loss. It takes weeks/months to figure out your critical carb level for maintenance. It's completely and totally an individual process and number. No one but you can figure it out... I suggest you read up on OWL and Maintenance asap.
