Just wanted to say hi and glad I found this site. I have been a member of another larger site for years but am finding it to be a little "strange" lately with so many people doing LC and Very Low Calorie and giving advice that I find very scary. Plus, I am being targeted for my opinions with lots of warnings! scratch Not a fun site to be on anymore so I decided to try another site and this one looks nice!
