I fully know and appreciate your achievement.. it ain't easy but each time you run it generally (odd bad run but don't count those) gets easier, and further..

I completed the couch to 5k plan a while back, and whilst my running has given way to family / fostering life at the moment. I am still keeping up my exercise via aerobics and boy I'm better at that than I was 6 mths ago when I first started on atkins! :wink:
