Been a little off track on my own, so I'm starting this log to see if it helps

AM Wed. 5/26 - 8 min Abs, 8 min Arms, 20 mins cardio (aerobics)

Fri. 5/28 -
Sat. 5/29 -
Sun. 5/30 -
Mon. 5/31 -
Tue. 6/1 -
Wed. 6/2 -
