So I went to the gym today feeling fantastic!
I did my 30 minutes of cardio but worked at it extra hard today. I then did my circuit training and by the first round I was feeling a little queezy. (I do 2 rounds on the circuit) By the second round I had to stand still a bit bc I felt I might pass out or throw up if I moved. It has been 45 minutes since and though I feel better than I did, I still feel miserable. Is this because I pushed myself too hard or because I had a stomach full of water, food and coffee? At 8:30 I had two 8 oz glasses of water with breakfast of 1 egg and 1 sausage link and vitamins. sipped my large cup of coffee between 9-10am and got to the gym at 10:30. At the gym I managed down another three 8oz of water. Was this my problem? I just want to puke stick my finger down my throat to feel better. But I have never done that in my life and don't want to start now.(dont worry, i wont do it) I have alot to do today (getting ready for vacation) and can not afford to feel miserable.
