I luna.. Sorry to hear your feeling sick.
I'm curious, how big was that sausage link? If it was like a small thing weighing an ounce, I would worry your not eating enough specially if your into exercising.
1 egg is like less then 100 calories and sausage is appx 100 per ounce?
just a thought.
