Okay, I tried and tried to stay healthy, but it seems like everyone around me has been sick lately and I finally came down with a cold. Grr..... of course it had to hit me Saturday and ruin my weekend....
![]() Anyways, my question is - should I drag my butt to go workout today or skip it and go home and take a nap? I've heard people say if you're sick working out helps as long as you don't have a fever, but honestly, I feel like the effort of just getting to work today was a workout all in itself. I really feel weak but if working out will really make me feel better then I'd like to make the attempt. Anyone out there have any experience with this? |
