Well I slugged out for a couple of days...It did me some good to let my body rest..But anyway back at it..increased my tricep push-ups to 50...I'm going to start incresing my lower-body stuff next week...things are starting to get a little to easy 2 miles Pull-ups(overhand) 9 Pull-ups (underhand)9 Dips 4 sets of 11 Push-ups 50 Push-ups(tricep) 50 half Sit-up 35 hand-to-toe 30 crunches 70 side Sit-up 30 (each side) flutter kick 20 leg raise 20 cutting edge flutter kick 20 hanging knee up 5 |
