increased my dips by 2 ....man those last three were ultra burn...it took the wind out of my pus-ups too, but I got through them 2 mile run Pull-ups(overhand) 9 Pull-ups (underhand)9 Dips 4 sets of 13 Push-ups 50 Push-ups(tricep) 50 half Sit-up 35 hand-to-toe 35 crunches 70 side Sit-up 35 (each side) flutter kick 20 leg raise 20 cutting edge flutter kick 20 hanging knee up 5 |
