When I get a car later in the year I've found a running group I could join and want to train in the park where my first 5k is to get used to it. So till then I'll work on making sure I can run with the group and not be an runner!

Ur right about pace, she was quicker than me (but burnt out quicker as didn't like running slow) and it was a bit dis-heartening to be plodding along while she was waiting for me! :P

Am looking forward to tomorrows run, as always!
