I think you'll be fine. I don't know why they go back to intervals for 2 more days. If you're comfortable with the 20 minutes, then I'm sure you'll be fine. You've been doing other aerobics all along anyway.
Hugs, I'm so proud of you ![]() As for the traffic deal - I think that once you get to the longer runs, it's just hard to find a good route. Sometimes, part of it has to be on a busier road. Personally, I try to keep to the quiet roads, but sometimes those roads get busier, too. |
