I don't think 8 minutes is long enough for any workout. Supposedly, your body doesn't start burning fat until after 20 minutes, so you're missing any fat burning benefits.

I have a tape of 5, 5-10 minute ab routines, which I do at the end my my regular workout (if it doesn't already include abs).
