for the NJ Shore Marathon on April 25th. I know that I'm side-lined at the moment, but today was the last day of registration. I'll probably need another week off from running. I figure that since it isn't actually a running-related injury, I should be able to get back on track.
I ran 4-miles yesterday, and all the pain came back. The run itself was fine, tho. I don't think I'm going to attempt the 8-miles scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday). Hubby will be away next week, so I won't really be able to do my morning runs anyway (I can't leave the kids alone). Hopefully, if I'm better by the end of the week, I can attempt next Sunday's 12-miler ![]() ![]() |
