I'm doing very well with the cardio exercise, and also do some pilates. But I have very ugly legs, and was wondering if anyone had advice on what to do to start toning the legs. I have flubb on the inside of my knees, and have no shape to my calves. I'd also like to get rid of my saddlebags, although winsor pilates helps a lot with that. Any advice would be great!!! Thanks!

The problem is that fat does not change to muscle - they are 2 different things. You can build and build your muscles, but the fat layer needs to leave on it's own accord. You can't target fat loss.
So, for us lucky ones ![]() |

Thanks you guys!
PattyC, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one! I too know people with fantastic legs, and are much bigger than me. It's just how my legs are built. My moms knees and calves are the same as mine, and my dad gave me the saddlebags.....thanks mom & pops!! I just want to be able to wear a knee lenth skirt and feel feminine, rather than try to hide my legs and hope nobody notices how big they are. Oh well. I'll just keep trying. As I lose the weight, at least the width of my legs will decrease! Maybe, by some miracle, I'll find some beautiful legs under all this flubbbbbbb! Oh boy do I need a miracle!!! Good luck to all! ![]() |
