I have started back on the Atkins Diet again and again. This time I have committed myself to excersing 5-7 days each week. Taebo M-F, Strength Training and Step on Sat, and Weights and Treadmill(walk or run for 30-40 mins).
I am currently at around 220 down about 11 lbs. One minute I am at 218 and then the next I am at 223. I am trying to stay committed and meet my goal of 200lbs by Arpil 2004. How is this possible? I can tell that I am losing inches because my size 20 are falling off and I am in the 18W area. But it seems like the lbs won't come off fast enuf. I try and stick close to the Atkins diet!!! Any ideas??? Because I am clueless and getting very frustrated! |
