Ok, I managed to get a nice big blister on my heal while walking in a new pair of sneakers...
I let it heal up...and have been walking since...THe past 3 consecutive days I have gone and today...yup...really tore up my heal. (All the nice new soft flesh that was under the old blister...and it HURTS.) So, all you runners and others who may have some suggestions: What can I put on this to keep this from happening again? (Today I wore old socks...other days were in new socks and didn't have the problem.) THis is going to take a week to heal, and I don't want to park my butt the whole time. Thanks |
