Strange I forgot to post Friday I walked... saturday I took off,

SUNDAY
decided to make this slightly more interesting by putting what music I listened to. Today's selection : Skinny Puppy Mix Tape

Warm-Up
Push-Ups 50
Sit-Ups 59
Pull Ups 8.5
Squats ( squat rack in use by someone using it for BARBELL CURLS! ARGH!)
Leg Press 150Lbs 12, 210LBS 12
Lat Pull Down 110LBS 8, 100LBS 8,11
Back extensions (bodyweight) 12,14,13
stretch

My current cycle has me doing a "split" on Sundays which means I'll have another lifting session this afternoon. I'll add some Squats to that workout, but I don't have a rack so it'll have to be with a weight I can lift over my head... probably 70 or 80 pounds--- we'll see.

Legs are still sore but it felt to good to get them all warm today. Snowed a little but not enough to keep me out of the gym.

Elliptical Trainer = 3 miles
Stationary bike = 5 miles

wonder why your trainer would want you to do both? Just for variety? Hmm.

Snowed like a beast last night so it's indoor workouts today.

Walked 3.5 miles on Gazelle.
Stretches.
May do weights later as I am off work today. I know I'll be shoveling snow at least.

The pics all come from the movie "American Psycho". Because the name FrogAttack comes from the book of the same name. I think it's only appropriate to stay on theme.

No exercise so far today which is unusual but I'm going to try and work it in later.
