I had a double chin for several years... didn't matter how much neck exercise I did,,, but now, it's only visible when I scrunch my head back towards the back and push it in... I've been doing these for a couple of days now, since I saw this post, and I don't know if it's my "wishful thinking" or what, but they seem to be working..

Here are some facial exercises for that double chin!
Press your palm to your forehead for 10 seconds while resisting with your head and neck. You should feel your neck and chin tighten. Repeat the movement with your hand on the back of your head, then on each side, with your hand cupped over your ear. Lift your chin up and open and close your mouth as if you're chewing. Feel the muscles under your jaw and down the front of your neck tighten. Sit upright in a chair and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Start by puckering your lips together like you're going to kiss someone, stretch to kiss like you're trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips puckered while counting to 15 to yourself, then relaxed, bring your head back to normal and repeat five times. Close your mouth and clench your back teeth tightly. Open your mouth as you release the clench. Slowly bring your lower jaw up again until your back molars meet again, and bite down hard. Return your mouth to you relaxed position. Repeat this exercise 10 times. My personal Favourite One article recommended the following toning exercise. First, open your mouth as wide as you possibly can. Are you doing it? Now hold that position for about 10 seconds, then relax your mouth, and repeat a few more times. Apparently the muscles that open and close your mouth are located in the exact area you wish to target. For faster results, add resistance by placing a tennis ball underneath your chin while testing your jaw-span |
