Tempy, I can't imagine you'd require much more that what Atkins says. This article seemed to be a basis for getting "cut" for people who are working on that last fat layer. It may not take into account people who have a lot to lose. I wouldn't worry, and stick with the Atkin's recommendations.

i was reading the article and they suggested that you drink X*.66 oz's of water everyday(where x is your weight)...atleast in my case that seems like an aweful lot of water to drink a day... like 3x what is suggested by the atkins diet...anyone know how important that is?
