This week calls for lighter miles while moving from 4 to 5 running days:

Sunday - strength
Monday - 3 miles
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - strength
Thursday - 3 miles
Friday - 3 miles
Saturday - 3 miles

Total - 15 miles
