1. Be able to run/jog a mile in 12 min
2. Be able to bench press at least 250 lbs.
3. Work up to at least an hour of cardio a day at least 5 days a week.
4. Possibly get into Krav-Maga
What are your goals and plans for this year in regards to fitness??
I want to:
* Work my way up to 2 hours in the morning of swimming training by December
*Start to Learn Karate by July
*Join water polo by September
*Join Volley Ball before the year is out
