If I'm just doing a normal workout, usually between 8-12 depending on how I feel.
If I am doing intervals, I start at 8 and keep alternating between higher and higher levels and the original 8 level. Once you get to 16 and 17 though it's too hard to do for more than say a minute at most. But, that is the point, after all. |
