What pace do y'all go?
I think I'm averaging 130 strides per minute. I've been doing the weightloss program. I have to drop down to 10 for it, because in the intervals with the low elevation (that works quads, hamstrings, gluts and calves) I can barely do 10. When it moves up to the higher elevation that only works quads and gluts I could go up to 12, but I leave it at 10 to recuperate from the lower elevation lol. If I do a manual course I often do 12 elevation 11 or 12 resistence. Oh and recently after the weight loss program and cool down I do an extra mile or two if I have time. I went 45 minutes on Saturday, it was crazy! |
