Perhaps you are holding onto some water weight now? We tend to swell up a little when we exercise but usually walking or running will shunt water up from the legs and feet.
For the moment just lace them looser and be cautious about getting blisters from them. You should soon be experiencing more water weight loss as you exercise, so perhaps just a little patience is all that is required. Good Luck! ![]() |
