i haven't worked out on a video, but have taken the odd pilates class in my time. it's hard work, and in my eyes, hard work = fat burning..! also, pilates is excellent for strengthening your core, to prevent back pain, to help you stand tall, and for keeping those abs in shape. there's a pilates video out there for around $5. for that, the price of a fitness class, there's little harm in giving it a go..! just remember, when you do, to watch your form. if you get tired, rest, as it's important to remain in control and do all the moves with care and attention. good luck! |
