Hi MM
Good for you I've been doing a regular exrcise program for ten days now. It sounds a bit of a cliche but I'm amazed how just half an hour or so a day can make you feel. I believe the key is regular exercise rather than going at it. I have to do low impact stuff with no heavy weights because of my heart but gentle reps of lifting and stretching seem to work well.
