CONGRATS!!! Number9 on the blouse! I was able to fit into some old jeans (haven't worn jeans since my first LC experience) and was so pleased with myself, so I share your joy! Good for you and keep it up!!!

Cheers,

I did that for a bit...lying on your back and (I had to use heavy books cuz I don't have weights) but I would push upwards (like trying to do pushups on the ceiling). It's a really good exercise to put "the boyz" back were they belong...

that's my opinion...it doesn't take to long to notice a difference either, if they're really out of shape you'll notice a slight tightness after the first week and a bit of a difference after 2 weeks...

at least i did, i wish ya luck, lemme know how it goes (or since this is an older post, how it's been going )

I think that many women have a misconception of what is considered a "heavy" weight. 10 and even 12 pound weights are still considered "light", and you will most likely not "bulk" up from using them. Female body-builders use much heavier weights.

I use 5, 8 and 10 pound weights. I have one 20 pound dumbbell for specific exercises (French press, lats). I still can't do a "guys" push-up, but I think the "girls" way is effective, too.

Try doing some push ups or do some fly's with the 10 pound weights and if you don't have accses toa bench just lie on your back nd bench press the dumbells on your back. You won't be able to bring back the weights as far but it is better than nothing and should help build strengthen and tone your chest area.DDD...........WOW

Default Can anyone tell me
I used to have big boobs, a DDD cup. Now I wear a C from all the weight I lost. Still nice, but big difference. I want to strengthen my chest wall. What exercises can I use and are 10 pound hand weights too heavy?

I would actually be interested to know how the progress is going too. I also am quite "top-heavy", like at DD...While I have noticed a difference around me (like, now the strap hits the next notch!) I havent had any decline in the cup size. I realize it will prob come in time, but really whatever weight I have been, they have never been small...
I would like to start toning the chest area though...

Oh, and I yesterday an exciting thing happened! I could finally button up my blouse! Always before I could never find a blouse that fit properly. In regular stores they would bubble across the chest and fit everywhere else, and it plus stores they would fit across the chest but be too big everywhere else. So, usually I just will wear them open with a tank top or something under it. However, yesterday I put one on and was like, ohmygod - I can button this! I was very excited!

Just thought I would share while we are on the topic...
