Hi all. I use to go to the gym 5 days a week, cardio every day weights 3 days... But I got in a car accident that prevented me from working out for 6 weeks and then I just didn't go back, that was 6 months ago....
i started last Thursday and I have done it EVERYDAY since.... I do 30 mins of intense cardio one to two times a day! Like I have said I am a stay at home mom that keeps 4 extra kids so I do a lot of playing but I also have a lot of time on my hands. I get up at 5:30 to go to the gym so I can be home by 6:30 to take a shower and get ready before getting my sson up for school I feel sooo good when I do this. It is so incredibly hard to get up that early but once I am up I am up and I feel GREAT. THenI do cardio again 3 days a week in the pm! The reason is just that I want to do it and it makes me feel good, plus my trainer said it will help with the weight loss. Wish me luck that I will stick to it! I tend to get obsessive about working out. I ache a little today but its well worth it! I have soo much more energy. ![]() |
