i started Atkins on Tuesday, and I started working out (cardio only) for 30 mins (intense cardio) twice a day 3 days a week, and once a day 6 days a week last thursday. Anyway, as I have only been on Atkins 3 (this is day four) days I have already lost 4 lbs! So, I think you will probably be ok. Also, in the long run, its better because you are turning fat into muscle which looks sleeker and slimmer anyway!!! :wink: |
