Has anyone here tried doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in the beginning stages of Atkins? HIIT is suppose to burn more calories than non-interval, study training, due to the fact that it keeps your metabolism raised higher throughout the day (while not working out).
Just wondering what anyone else that knows about HIIT thinks of this? ps. I lot of bodybuilders use HIIT in their "cutting" phase, to get lean. |
