Hi All,
Well I haven't had much time to do a full work out yet as I have been out of town. But I can tell you that the little I did last night really used some muscles! At the time I was doing these simple exercises I didn't think I was doing much of anything. Until I got up!!! Then I "felt" all of those muscles and some joints. What is interesting though is that normally when I lift weights the next day my muscles are very sore. With Pilates, at the time I feel like a really used my muscles and even a little sore. But the next morning I don't have tons of aches and pains. I will have to spend some time really getting all of my moves down correctly before I know how well it is working. But for now I think this will be great, especially for my abdomen and inner and outer thighs. |
