That makes me feel better. It explains why since I've increased my walking from one mile to almost five miles a day that my net weight hasn't decreased in over a month. I can see the muscle I've put on, but I didn't know there was that much difference in muscle and fat. I'm smaller everywhere that it counts, and wearing smaller clothes, but I have put on a bit of muscle.

Wow, that makes sense. My mother is tiny but all muscle and she usually weighs what I do, but I am so much bigger than her. (makes me puke )
