I think that finding what you can do and what you san stick with and just making it a part of daily life is the first step. Do not go to fast or go overboard at first. Build into what you are doing. Then you will better be able to gauge what works for you; what you need to keep fit.
For toning muscles, working out every other day is good. It gives the muscles you are using time to rest and build. I do not recommend a complex workout schedule. I like to keep it direct and simple. The important thing is the daily activity that provides cardiovascular exertion. Good Luck! ![]() |
