Hey guys,
So I've been unable to do my normal excercise for the past few days. It's summer here in Aus, and the heat doesn't really bother me too much. But it does cause heat rash and horrible rubbing >> So I know there are outdoor activities such as swimming, and of course there's the gym. I'm hoping to get one of the rooms airconditioned here, so I can use my trainer at home still. My question is - what are some of the other activities you do during the heat? Because I do shiftwork 4 days a week, I'm only able to do my excercise at night. I work 12 hour days. |
