Seriously guys. I know exercising isn't always that much fun but I found a place close by to me that offers Jazzercise and I LOVE IT!!!! I have been recommending it to everyone. It is an hour long class and you do aerobic and strength training to upbeat music. The hour goes by so fast but it does kick your butt. I switched from 2 lbs weights to 5 lbs weights this week and I can feel it much more. If it hurts, then you worked it.
