Hi Bagadonitz,

Do you have a treadmill at home, or do you go to the gym? I had a treadmill in my living room, but it turned into a clothes rack. For me, getting outdoors is great motivation.

I've never done a 5K. The Couch to 5K sounds like a great idea. I wonder if anything like that is going on the the San Jose area?

Thanks for sharing. You must be on Week 3 now. How's it going?

Default Bagadonitz' Exercise Log
Exercise is key for me. I don't find it hard to motivate myself to do it, it helps burn some calories but more importantly, it fills up free time so I'm not obcessing about food.

I like to run but it is difficult to do in the area I live. I'm going to try and make due with the best I have and see what happens. I'm training for a 10 mile (16km race) on July 27. I have my plan laid out and I'm going to log my progress here.

I'm doing the Couch To 5K Program as the starting point of my training.

Week 1:
4/15 - 28 minutes on Treadmill (Week 3 of Couch to 5-K program) (330 cal)
