Googled that. Their strapline is enough to make you worried "Probably the toughest event on the planet" and then on their page "Forget finish times. Simply completing a Tough Mudder is a badge of honor."

I will most definitely be posting before and after pics of our team. I am SO frigging stoked...have I said that already??? Super duper excited!!!
How I wish we live near each other

You would be an awesome race/ dash partner!! You have so much vigor

A friend of mine just did a half-marathon and reading this kind of makes me want to start running. Until I remember how bad my willpower is.
Weak willpower is the hardest to beat!

I had that same thing b4 when I used to run! A secret my 50 mile runner friend taught me: Push yourself everyday by tricking your brain you're only running for 15 mins. That we can all do. But when you're out and doing it- we can be capable of doing much more than we've set our brain to initially think

it worked

So right!!! I'm not kidding when I tell you guys that I started my exercise regime by walking a mile on the treadmill at 2.5 miles per hour and doing 3 minutes on the elliptical on level 1 plus a 2 minute cooldown. I don't do the treadmill much now except to warm up, but I do 60 minutes on the elliptical now, bouncing back and forth between levels 10 and 7. I also go to the gym twice a day at least 5 times a week now as opposed to the 5 times a week I used to go when I started. Honestly, the hardest part is getting started. Once you do and you see how much better you feel, it's addictive!!!
