Default Cough
So last year, a little earlier in the season than this, I had a God awful cough that stayed with me for close to three months.

I think it's back. It's bull. I've quit smoking (three days, cold turkey, no urges! I think it's my meds...)

But my God it hurts, and I cannot see dealing with it for the entire season. Again. Last year they said they couldn't find anything wrong with me and gave me steroids. Just for the hell of it, pretty much.

Any home remedies? Nothing is coming up, and it's not making any noise a cough shouldn't make (no whoop, rattle or wheeze). It hurts really bad right behind my breastbone.
