Sez the 1000 mile away chick. You just like the idea of your father starving.
Oh Dad... you'd never starve.

reduced fat oreos taste the same as regular to me.
Oreos and Reduced fat oreos havent tasted different since they changed the recipe some years ago... I doubt anyone would really notice.
Well guys, I might have to pick up a pack.

Well I think it would be a very good thing if everyone stuck with the same diet. After all... it's only fair.

I could starve him. But I wouldn't do that to him. Now PBBB, maybe

Tyler, you have no idea what you're in for...
.

Way to go MoonOwl! Congratulations!
Thanks Goddess. My sugar was 106 this morning. The lowest yet. Tho I gained back a pound. I guess I should have exercised yesterday? But I'm tired. We're battling colds down here. See, my system was toxic before and now it's getting cleaned out and all susceptible to germs

moon owl first of all congrats on the loss! also what sugar are you cutting out exactly? just curious since you and satin said that you mood has been better

Thanks fuzzwifers! I've cut out all soda. The only 'sugary snack' I've had since last Thursday is 1 chocolate chunk glucerna bar and two squares of Gardelli 65% dark chocolate. Also two gulcerna drinks. Now there is still the hidden sugar like in bread, taters & such. But I've cut sugar out of my coffee and put PureVia in it's place. Along w/in my iced tea. I am surprised at how different I feel.

Tho, I don't want to turn into a sugar nazi either Hopefully I'll be able to show em by example

Keep up the good work!!

(I moved this to the fitness section btw)
Thanks Jersey. For the praise and the move. Why I didn't see the appropriate section before is beyond me. I must have been on a sugar overload

Dude, famous last words....

Also, I forgot. I had a bite of my hubby's pancakes at dinner tonight. A small bite, but a bite none the less and it tasted pretty good on top of my spinach, chicken, apple salad. .

My fbs was 103 this am. I also lost that pound and another one

Also, I don't know if it's cuz I have a cold but the last two nights I have not had to battle the urge to munch as hard.

hehehehehehehe..... sugar's gonna be an easier addiction to kick than nicotine. That's for freaking sure.

Thanks, I'm still trying.

My sugar was 104 this am. No weight loss to speak of. But no gain either!

Congrats Moonie

I have a starbucks for every pound you lose

Which explains my lack of sleep, nervous disposition and anxiety

Well my eyesight means I wear contacts so that should tell you all you need to know about the effect of my imagination on them!!

At 2pm you will finally get a sammich and at 2.05pm you will be full. Well that was my 2pm anyhow

I prefer to think of her as slight. I could have just left that at 'I prefer to think of her' lol

Slight. You have a point. Skinny could be construed as scrawny. Which MsButterfly is not. She's very healthful looking. She was quite radiant while she was here. Throwing off the chains of oppression can do that to a girl

Freedom! Gotta love it! Dontcha know

I'm sure she threw off those chains

However I am somewhat worried that she kept them for later use!!

And 'radiant' doesn't cover it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! Lol

Oh come on, you know you like chains... Hey they've got genuine dungeons over there on your side of the pond. Here's it's mostly the converted garages of suburbanites.

Them folks up North probably have basements instead. But ya don't really get basements down here on the SandBar. They tend to collapse. dammit!

Awww... you guys were being all sweet about me.

Yesterday I wore a blue & black skirt with a black top and high heel ballet looking platforms.

Today I'm wearing darker khaki's and a white 3/4 sleeve sweater with my Nine West pointed toe heels.

How's your sugar today StepMoonie?
